In accordance with their Bylaws, the Kings Players, Inc. invites all Participating Members to its Annual Meeting

to be held Tuesday, November 18th, at 6:30 p.m.

at the Temple Theater

located at 514 E. Visalia
Street, Hanford, CA.
Pursuant to the Kings Players Bylaws, Article Four, Section C (1), and Section D:
Participating Members are those persons of at least age eighteen years of age and who have participated in any of the Kings Players productions in the 2024 and 2025 seasons.
Participating Members are entitled to vote on each matter submitted to a vote at the upcoming Annual Meeting.
The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect new members of the Board of Directors for the coming year and for the transaction of all other business that may be brought before the meeting.
Directly following the Annual Meeting, the duly constituted Board of Directors will elect its Executive Officers for the ensuing year. (Article Seven, subsection A)
All Participating Members of the Kings Players are urged to attend the upcoming Annual Meeting.
